What are the aspects of the products that can be customized?
In general, everything that is scalable for packaging products in terms of its size, finishes, inter component size, engravings and etc, as well as the capacity of digital storage products are all customizable. If you have questions about customizing one specific product on our site, please add it to the cart and check out to request a quote.
How does the customization process work?
Due to the very nature of custom products. We’re not able to show all variations online. Please put the products in the cart and checkout to request a quote, the system will generate an estimated quote for you as well as letting us know your interests. Please put as much detail as possible in the order notes for us to better understand your custom needs. We will get in touch with you soon to finalize everything in person.
What are the specs of the products?

What are the flash drive types and their price variations?
All the prices of flash drives listed online use standard USB 2.0 chip. However if you would like to require USB 3.0 in your order which has a writing/reading speed of 40MBps/100MBps, please check the product out to request a quote as usual, but with a clear order note to indicate for USB 3.0. We will get back to you with an updated quote as soon as possible.
How much is the shipping?
Since we often have large and bundled orders, it is hard for the system to generate an estimated shipping cost online automatically, because it is not a liner calculation. However, once we receive your request of quote, we will contact you as soon as possible about the shipping cost along with other confirmation.
What’s the lead time for shipment?
Since most of the orders will have some level of customization, our regular lead time is around 15 to 20 business days. Lead time for special orders might vary depending on the complexity of the project.
How are payment and transfers handled?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal transfers. Once the order detail is confirmed and agreed, we will send you a digital invoice through our cloud accounting service, there will be a secured link on the invoice to guide you to complete the payment.
